It is made partly by bleeding the free-run juice from the grapes. The wine is fermented in stainless steel tanks with a gentle maceration of the grape skin.
Rosé color with aromas of red berries. Refreshing and lively on the palate.
Ideal for appetizers, starters, salads, and Asian cuisine.
Serve at 7–8°C
