Freshness & elegance
The grapes are destemmed, gently pressed, and fermented in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 16ºC for 18 days.
Pale yellow with greenish highlights, signaling its fresh character. It offers aromas of tropical fruits, fennel, and quince, followed by a fresh, rounded palate with a pleasant, lasting finish.
Perfect as an aperitif, and a great match for seafood, soups, risottos and rice dishes.
Serve at 10–12°C
